TICH Consulting participates in UHC performance through technology debate

The event aimed to answer the question of the digital economy revolution and the integration of ICT's in an efficient and secure way within Moroccan university hospitals.


From January 10 to 12, the 18th edition of the Study Day was held at the ADM Holiday Center in Targa, Morocco, under the theme 'Information Systems in University Hospital Centers (UHC): towards an anchoring of hospital performance', sponsored by the Moroccan Ministry of Health and in collaboration with the management of the UHC Ibn Sina and the Association of Hospital Center Administrators (AACHIS).


The event brought together numerous specialists and professionals operating in the national medical and hospital field. Luis Barcia (CEO) and Miguel Ortiz (CIO) represented TICH Consulting.

Throughout the study days, the challenges linked to the digital revolution faced by the UHCs were discussed, such as the effective integration of communication and information technologies, and for which secure management, control of processing, means and resources are required.


In this regard, Ibn Sina University Hospital has been a reference at this meeting for having initiated several actions aimed at setting up a computer database, acquiring an information system and digitalziation hospital services, in particular medical and consultation records, in accordance with the National Plan to promote the health sector by 2025. To bear witness to this Ibn Sina's commitment to technologization, Miguel Ortiz exposed for all attendees the different tools and skills of the Green Cube comprehensive healthcare management software, developed by TICH Consulting and implemented at AACHIS since February 2017.
