In order to boost the development of its activities in the main international markets, the Spanish Healthcare Consortium has decided to use the services of a firm specialized in international business development and corporate diplomacy to relaunch its international activity.

Made up of AZIERTA, IYCSA and TICH CONSULTING, one of its main objectives is to transfer to international markets the experiences and efficiencies of the Spanish healthcare model as well as the integrated capabilities of its associated companies in the field of healthcare, capabilities that allow them to offer a 360º service at a global level, from the design and planning of healthcare models and infrastructures to their management.

After the forced slowdown of its international activity as a consequence of the global pandemic, the Spanish Healthcare Consortium will resume its activity in the different international markets, bringing to them both its integrated capabilities in the design, planning and management of health infrastructures and its experiences and interventions in the fight against COVID-19 in Spain and other countries.

Among the markets identified as priorities by the Consortium, it is worth highlighting the economic regions of Sub-Saharan Africa, with special focus on the Southern Africa Development Community (SADEC), the United Arab Emirates and the Pacific Alliance, where a growing demand for the services offered by the Spanish Healthcare Consortium has been identified.

Over the next few months, the Consortium, with the expert support of the specialized consultancy contracted for this purpose, will design, develop and implement a corporate diplomacy plan that will enable it to present its services proposal to the main stakeholders in its target markets and introduce and position itself in them, while at the same time fulfilling one of its main objectives, to disseminate globally the capabilities and experience of Spanish healthcare, the most efficient in Europe and the third best in the world, according to the latest Bloomberg Annual Report.
